Description:  Flavouring paste for bakery products.
Function:  Top quality Mango flavouring paste for use in a wide range of confectionery products like sponge and butter cakes, filling creams, fonds, etc.
The usage rate is varied to suit flavour and colour requirement.
Normal recommended usage rate is 3% on total batter or dough weight
Ingredient Listing: 
Water, Solvent (E1520), Permitted Flavouring, Thickener (E412, E415), Permitted Colouring (E110, E102, E171).

Shelf Life & Storage: 
Keep well at ambient (30 5 C) and dry condition in its original packing away from direct sunlight and heat for at least 12 months
